Hiring our meeting room
Our ground floor meeting room in the heart of Hampstead, London, is available for hire at the weekends. If you are interested in renting the meeting room regularly during the week (eg every Monday) please contact the Administrator.
Location
Marty's Yard is a charming small street, just a few minutes' walk from Hampstead Underground Station. See map.
Size and seating capacity
The meeting room is 30 x 18 sq ft, and will hold seminars for 50 people seated (stackable chairs). For events that do not require seating,100 people can be accommodated standing.
Facilities
The meeting room has a kitchen area with an urn, kettle and fridge. The building has 3 toilets, one of which is on the ground floor.
Hiring our library
We also have a library on the first floor. This room will seat 15 people (19 x 17 sq foot).
Rates range from £25 per daytime evening for the library to £150 for all day hire of the meeting room at the weekend. A combination of library and meeting room bookings is also available at the weekends at a discounted rate. Please note that weekend bookings have to be reserved in four hour slots only. Some availability exists for meeting room and library use during the day in the week at an hourly rate of £11.50 per hour.
